Gianfranco Percovich, owner and culinary director of Sal y Pimienta Kitchen, will be debuting a new Sunday Buffet, on Sunday, June 12, 2016, which will feature more than 50 individual menu items, including his signature 100% grass fed Uruguayan beef, a whole roasted pig, fresh seafood, and a plethora of freshly made desserts. Cost: $35 per person, plus, tax and gratuity. Endless Mimosas, Bellinis, Red or White Sangria for $16 each. "This buffet includes an ever changing selection from our extensive menus," added Percovich. "I am sure your will discover a new favorite each time you dine with us."
